Mon 05-27 marathon/all day WORK

The fish are there but anglers are saying you really need to work for them. Capt Johnny on the White Star had his 2019 maiden voyage with a sold out boat of mostly novice fishermen. Him and his crew of Bob and Jose whipped everybody into shape and they managed to get some nice haddock in the boat. Average 4 per person.

Capt Pete had a 12 hour trip on the 6am marathon. We do not overcrowd this trip and it is luxury fishing for sure. Almost a decent day with average of 6 haddock per person, a few cusk and Pollock thrown in. Guys jigging are almost limiting out.

Is it extra windy this year or what?
