Sunday Aug 23…..eh

Sorry for lack of posts over the last few days. So many trips went in and out and here is a recap. All day was hot until Sunday and it slowed right down. Most had a few keepers but a little disappointing BUT THATS FISHING Macks are still here which means no solid run on the blues even though we’ve seen and caught a few but again MACKS ARE STILL HERE! Striper are hot (schoolies) and its so popular every trip we add sells out so book now. MONDAY MARATHON 6am-6pm trip tends to have the same people on it every week. Will have report later. Things are definitely not winding down here as we are thinking of cod opening up Sept 8! Our tackle shop is stocked better than any major retailer so pop in and check it out…

Thurs AUG 20…all around good fishing

Tons of macks. Tons of schooly striper. A few BLUEFISH. And now for the all day report We had a pretty good day of fishing. The weather was perfect. Started out a little slow but we picked up as the day went on. Everyone aboard caught keeper haddock. Probably averaged 6 or so apiece. Quite a few redfish were caught and a big pollack won the pool. Everyone seemed to have a good time you could hear laughter all around the boat all day. Dont forget cod season ( Christmas to us) runs Sept 8-Oct 7. Be on the lookout for a few special POOL trips in addition to our all days and marathons!

MONDAY AUG 17-ROUGH!

It was a pretty good day fishing. Very rough seas in the morning but they calmed down quite a bit around noon. Some people caught their limit. I would say the average on the boat was around 6 keepers per person. A few red fish whiting and Hake were caught. No keeper pollack, cusk or even cod were caught Thanks Mike Ross for that marathon report. Lots of trips this week still avail. Weekend is tight.

DAY TRIPS CANCELED FOR SAT AUG 15!

Very strong winds and rough seas are forcing us to cancel our day trips. We have attempted to call email and text all of our passengers. Thankfully most of to rescheduled- some during the EXPANDED COD SEASON!!!! ( Sept 8-Oct 7) Night bass trips (both boats are sold out) are still on! Please be kind to us. We did not order the wind……

Aug 13 JUST WOW!!

They will be filleting today’s catch long after we hit the dock. Half day report MACKEREL SLAUGHTER Lots of striper. Capt Cory is seen…

Great all day fish report Everyone happy Full Coolers and selling a ton of ice! Translation MOST LIMITED OUT ON HADDOCK! Capt Rocky says its a haddock massacre. Decent mackerel bite Lots of schoolies on bass boat!

Mon Aug 10…all around a good day

Extended am half bottom fishing trip limited out! What a hot trip this has turned out to be. Mack trip was decent. All day I did not receive a report I was on the marathon. Late morning bite carried us all the way to about 45 min before quitting time. Lots of us limited out on haddock. Plenty of big cusk which I was sure one would take the pool but it was a big blue hake that Jesse caught that took home the prize. Top it all off with a whale/ dolphin show and I give it a 10
