Half day today wasnt a failure…lets start there. Few haddock, few macks and a nice group of fishermen for both trips. Lots of families with kids. With that said, if you are literally heading out on the ocean for the very first time- stay away from the all day boat until mid June when the ocean calms down. At least if you feel seasick on the half day boat, you can start doing an internal countdown 2 hours in. All day is slow. Hoping things pick back up this week! Weekday line up Marathon 6am-6pm Monday. Still spots to book online or show up by 540 am to ensure you get on. Well…it seems a little early…but heavy dogfish on the all day boat. At least there were some haddock per person. Average 3-4.Fishing 180-220 feet. Calm ocean today… Sunday morning all day and morning half day is SOLD OUT. Half day has started out slow this year with a slow mix of everything. But this just in…all different types of flounder this afternoon. Room on Sunday pm trip. Night bass fishing is fair. Few schoolies. Nothing exciting yet but a little action. You know…we got our first complaint today. An email stating that we said we were limiting out everyday and that he knows how to fish and that he only got six so hes going elsewhere. First of all, we WERE limiting out everyday. In fact, the whole coast was. And then…we werent. And he was on that boat the…

Slow all day trips. Disappointing but weather was good. A little rough the last couple of days. Going to lay down today. Still waiting for half day report but I imagine its the same since noones called in… Heading different directions on all trips today so will keep you updated. All day Sat and Sun May30/31 is sold out. Half day is sold out Sat morning. Ironically, Sunday afternoon half day is wide open so check that out. Night bass trips filling up fast. Great new addition. Average 4-6 haddock pp. 4 keeper cusk,1 red on the boat. No keeper pollock today. Fished shallow 140-160 feet. A cusk ( Jax thinking 8 lbs) won the pool. Back at it tomorrow. Book now! April

I have not received an official fish report yet but I heard it was slow…. fish were there but not biting. Disappointing. Back at it tomorrow. Plenty of room Thurs and Fri all day. Sat and Sun are sold out. We have half day trips Fri, Sat and Sun and STRIPED BASS NIGHT TRIPS Fri,Sat and Sun!!

Unbelievable fishing. The local news is even interviewing us tomorrow about the haddock slaughter! And with summer weather and boats at half capacity you need to get out there! So many trips to choose from! I cant even keep track!! April

Decent fishing. 5-7 haddock and some reds and cusk mixed in. Ocean laying down for Monday which is sold out. All day open Tues-Fri. Weekends are busy ( well as busy as we can be at half capacity) Half day trips starting Fri -and Sat night striped bass trips too. The beach is KIND OF opening up June 1…whatever that means April

So I asked my son Jackson for a fishing report last night. After telling me it got so rough that the pulpit went under 4 times he said that they caught a lot of haddock. A few guys limited out, a dozen were sick and the rest between 5-7. Ocean will be calming down today. Its almost like I got identical fish reports from all of the boats. 5-8 haddock per person with some people limiting out. My type of fishing. A lot of people will say FISHING IS JUST LUCK. A real fisherman will tell you it is skill- which was proven today. The average person caught 3-4 haddock, but if you truly knew what you were doing- you nearly limited out.
